HEAT PUMPS PD Series water/water range 130 kW to 685 kW - CHILLERS D Series water/water range 117 kW to 620 kW with reversing valve R-134A
Standard technical/construction specifications:
The PD/D Series units have been designed for the production of hot and cold water for use in heating, conditioning and process manufacturing systems (on request the units may also work with glycol water) and comprise:
- an AISI 316 stainless steel frame, with adjustable anti-vibration plates (aluminium alloy panels lined with insulating/soundproofing material optional);
- electrical panel electrical panel with an IP rating of 55, with phase sequence relay and door lock, control and power distribution board with microprocessor, recorded events/alarms, on board or remote terminal;
- semi-watertight screw compressor(s) which work with R-134A, HP + LP pressure gauges, liquid receiver and chiller cycle reversing valve;
- general tube bundle heat exchanger with electromagnetic-operated flow meter, safety valve, pressure gauge, air vent, water outlet standard temperature range +6 °C +50 °C;
- tube bundle heat dissipation exchanger with braze welded plates for geothermal and closed or open loop systems, pressure control valve, solenoid valve with water flow rate calibration valve (for the heat pump), on/off valves, minimum water pressure sensor;
- circulation pump, on request.
Design, manufacture and testing are all carried out in-company, guaranteeing quality products.
The model is produced in four versions:
- PD: heat pump (standard);
- D: chiller (standard);
- PD: heat pump with dual circulation pump (on request);
- D: chiller with dual circulation pump (on request).
